Reiki Charged Guided Meditation | Mantra Work for Creating Acceptance & Peace

Welcome to this Reiki-charged guided meditation intended to help you create peace and acceptance in your life. Today's meditation will involve mantra repetition. You may choose to repeat these mantras out loud, which is recommended, or simply repeat them in your mind.

Please find a comfortable seat or lie down in a relaxing position. Bring your awareness into your body and connect with your energy through three rounds of breath. Inhale, exhale. On the next inhale, feel free to let go of all that is difficult to accept or causing stress and anxiety. Allow these feelings to rise with the inhale and cleanse them with the exhale. One more time, invite stillness and peace with a deep inhale, and when you're ready, exhale, sinking into your space and relaxing.

Now, I will guide you through some mantra work. All you need to do is repeat these mantras audibly or in your head, feeling into each one, letting it fuse with the Reiki energy, and becoming true for you.

1. I am safe to accept what flows to me.

2. I trust that my spiritual team is guiding me.

3. Challenging situations are only temporary.

4. If it's out of my hands, it deserves to be out of my head.

5. I am safe to let go.

6. I am capable of being flexible.

7. Change is just transformation into something better.

8. I trust in new beginnings.

9. I am safe to live with an open heart.

10. What is meant for me will not pass me by.

11. I have permission to rest within my current situation.

12. The universe has a plan for me and those I love.

13. Challenges are opportunities for growth.

14. Life happens for me, not to me.

15. I am capable of overcoming obstacles.

16. I do not need to micromanage the universe.

17. Changes in my path are happening for my greatest good.

18. I am safe.

19. I am supported.

20. I am loved.

21. I am strong.

22. I am capable.

23. I am enough as I am.

24. The universe is on my side.

25. I am safe to accept what flows to me.


Take a deep inhale, allowing the energy to integrate. When you're ready, exhale and sink into all these truths again, reconnecting with your physical body. Inhale, let it out, and sink into your space.

Finally, take one more deep inhale, coming back into your reality completely. Exhale it out. When you're ready, feel free to move your body gently and blink your eyes open. If you'd like to, grab a journal and write down anything that came through for you, how you feel, and how you plan to move forward in your acceptance and peace.
