INTRO
Hi Soul Fam, Happy Monday! Welcome to your tarot card reading for this week. If we haven't met before, I'm Frances, founder and lead practitioner at FourNoble, and creator of the Four Noble Tarot deck, which we'll be using today and every week. I'm thrilled to be here with you! Just a few quick housekeeping notes: If you're interested in one-on-one sessions, I have a few availabilities this week, possibly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and maybe Friday (I haven't checked my email yet). You can find the link to book in the description box below. You can choose from Reiki tarot, Reiki tarot combo, or children's Reiki sessions.
Now, I also have an exciting announcement for tomorrow. I'm restructuring and re-sharing some old and new goodies at a very accessible price point. I'll be announcing it on my Instagram and in my newsletter next week. So follow me on Instagram at 4.noble.healing (spelled exactly like that) to stay updated, as there are some imposter accounts in the spiritual space, so be cautious if anyone ever DMs you offering readings based on your energy.
If you prefer email updates, make sure to join my love note list by following the link below. Now, let's dive into the tarot card reading for this week. I know that's why you're here, but sometimes I like to share a bit of other stuff too. Alright, let's connect with the energy and begin.
Tarot Card Reading Embrace Tranquility & Transformation
Interestingly, while I was shuffling and welcoming in the teams, I felt a slight physical misalignment, which led me to hear the word "alignment." I believe this week is about checking in with your physical body and making sure you're taking care of yourself. Often, in the beginning of the year, we focus on goals and getting things done, but we can forget to care for our bodies. So, pay attention to what your body needs this week, whether it's stretching, a massage, a sauna session, a walk outside, or a good workout. Just make sure it's all done safely. Alright, let's move on to the tarot cards for this week.
The first card is the Five of Wands, which represents conflict, either with others or within yourself. It could manifest as stress, anxiety, or a busy mind. There seem to be two groups here. One is experiencing conflict with someone else, leading to a busy mind, while the other group's busy mind is causing conflicts with others. The key is to pay attention to your body and the conflicts you're facing. Take care of yourself and ask what you need to release the stress and tension.
Next, we have The Magician card, indicating that you have all the tools you need to overcome these challenges. Trust yourself and know that you possess the power to create positive outcomes. If you're dealing with conflicts with others, prepare yourself for a responsible and effective conversation. Alternatively, if it's not the right time for resolution, trust your inner wisdom and be okay with leaving the conflict open until it's ready to be addressed.
The Knight of Wands reminds you that you are exactly where you need to be. Embrace the concept of presence, regardless of your pace. Whether you move slowly or quickly, focus on being fully present in each moment. This will help you calm the busy mind and reduce stress.
Lastly, the Ten of Swords indicates the completion of cycles. This week may prompt a life audit to determine what works and what doesn't. Identify the areas that need to change, end, or shift completely. Face these aspects and trust yourself to make the necessary adjustments.
To summarize, conflicts may arise this week, both within yourself and with others. Embrace presence, trust your inner wisdom, and address what needs to change or shift to bring positive transformation. You have the power to navigate through these challenges. Take some time to journal and reflect on what areas of your life may need adjustment.
Thank you all for being here. If you feel called to, you can also contribute to the love jar via PayPal. Sending you lots of love and light, and I'll see you again on Thursday for our guided meditation and next Monday for the tarot reading.
Sending so much love and light your way.
With gratitude,
Frances
