Hi Soul Fam! Welcome back to your weekly tarot readings. If we haven't met, I'm Frances, the founder and lead practitioner at Four Noble Healing. I'm so excited to be here with you today, and every single Monday, to offer tarot guidance for the week. So, without further ado, let's dive in. We have our deck right here, which comes with a guidebook. However, we won't be using it today. If you're new to the tarot reading process, I always like to talk about the guidebook. It's important as it provides helpful card descriptions, but remember, it's not the only important thing. Tarot is a tool to channel messages from your spiritual team and the universe. So, if you ever receive a message from the cards that doesn't match the description in the guidebook, I encourage you to accept that message as true for you. The cards serve as a means for you to receive messages through imagery and feelings evoked by the cards. So, even if it doesn't match exactly, your message is still valid, and you didn't make it up. It's just your spiritual team communicating with you through this tool. Alright, let's shuffle the cards and begin to connect our energy. Feel free to join me by closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths. Inhale, and when you're ready, exhale. Good. Let's set our intention to work in the light and for the highest good of everyone here, seeking the deepest understanding at this time. We'll keep our energies cleansed and protected while welcoming our spiritual teams. Alright, let's dive into the reading.

You stumbled across this video at exactly the right time for you, so the guidance will still apply to you. Okay, let's see what we need to know for this week, or whenever you're watching this video. I'm hearing the word "mind," so there's a strong focus on the mind this week. Wow, we have lots of cards. Let's see. We'll focus on these four.

Tarot Reading : Calm reactivity, support mental health, & trust you can do anything!

So, the first card is about supporting the mind this week. It seems like there's been a lot of mental activity, possibly due to exciting new ideas or overwhelming thoughts. The cards are encouraging us to understand the importance of acting from a place of divine feminine and intuitive connection, rather than reacting from a place of ego and logical brain. True strength lies in restraint and intentional action. It's essential to think before we speak or act, and sometimes a gentle delivery is more powerful than a forceful one.

Now, onto more general guidance for this week. The Strength card appears, symbolizing the need to tame our animal instincts and act from a place of neutrality and intuitive wisdom. By avoiding reactive behavior, we can respond with intentional and wise actions. This approach leads to true strength. The Wheel of Fortune card indicates that anything can happen this week, offering us the freedom to create whatever we desire. However, to avoid unintentional choices and erratic energy, we must stay mindful and act from a place of awareness and intention.

To serve the mind this week, it's crucial to face and express our emotions. The Queen of Cups advises us to let our feelings flow, providing relief to the overwhelming mental energy. The Ten of Cups suggests focusing on heart-centered relationships, be it family, friends, or partnerships. Healthy emotional expression in these areas can help alleviate the emotional pressure. The Seven of Pentacles advises patience in personal growth and avoiding the stress of feeling inadequate. Remember that you are exactly where you need to be on your journey. Lastly, the Ten of Wands reminds us that we're almost there, close to completing our tasks. To achieve this, give yourself time and space to complete each task intentionally, avoiding overwhelm and stress.
