How I Developed My Spiritual Practice

Hey everyone, Frances here from Four Noble. Welcome back! Today, I am super excited to talk to you about how I developed my spiritual practice. So, this video is a little bit more about me and my journey, but people asked me this question a lot - about how I got started and all that. I'm super excited to share with you, so let' jump right in!

Okay, so I guess we should rewind a bit, back to when I was born. As a child, I was always very intuitive, but I just thought it was normal, and I didn't have any weird things happening to me. For example, my brother used to speak to our grandma before the phone rang, and my mom would be skeptical until the phone rang just as he predicted. My brother had this innate psychic ability, but I wasn't quite like that. However, I always had a clear sense of right and wrong, yes and no. I thought everyone was like that. As I grew older, though, that intuitive side seemed to diminish, likely due to societal pressures that discouraged daydreaming and following gut feelings. Additionally, attending a very religious school from preschool to eighth grade further stifled anything outside the traditional religious norms. My gifts were somewhat diminished during that time, but I believe this happens to many people.

Fast forward, I went through school, university, and got my first big girl job. But I quickly realized that the job wasn't fulfilling, and I felt something was not aligning. I went on to become a health coach and a yoga teacher, which was my first introduction to spiritual metaphysics outside of traditional religion. That's when I really started exploring and awakening spiritually.

My spiritual practice now is a mix of various elements. I incorporate crystals, tarot cards, Reiki, meditation, prayer, dance, yoga, and direct communication with my spiritual team (angels, guides). I also pay attention to messages and signs throughout the day, like birds with specific meanings. The key is being open to these experiences and honing your intuitive senses.

As for starting a spiritual practice, I recommend journaling or speaking aloud and recording your thoughts for a few minutes without stopping. By doing this, you can begin to receive insights and messages from your intuitive self. Trust your gut and learn to differentiate between your thoughts and the intuitive information coming through.

My spiritual practice can change daily, and that's okay. There's no right or wrong way to do it. Just follow what resonates with you, and let your practice evolve naturally. The main point is to stay in alignment with what brings you joy and fulfillment.

Thanks for watching, and if you made it this far, blessings to you! Feel free to ask any questions about developing your spiritual practice. Remember, there's no one-size-fits-all approach, so embrace your own unique journey. Bye beautiful! 🌟🌸

Sending so much love and light your way.

With gratitude,

Frances
