Guided Meditation to Ground Your Energy

Welcome to your guided meditation today. To start, please find a comfortable seat or lie down on your back. Today, let's face the palms of our hands upward toward the sky, gently inviting in some nice, deep breaths to clear and reboot our energy. Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale, and again, inhale, exhale.

Now that fresh oxygen has filled our bodies and cleared out any stale energy, we begin to turn inward. How does your body feel today? Is there any tension anywhere? Are there any places where you can relax deeper, perhaps in the jaw, behind the head and neck, shoulders, chest, or the belly? Relax the hips, and as you start to surrender, your body sinks heavier into the earth. Feel your weight being completely supported by the earth.

Slowly bring your attention to the base of your spine and the bottom of your pelvis, right where your root chakra sits. Focus on the color red, and imagine it in the shape of an orb at the bottom of your pelvis. This beautiful red orb starts to spin and turn, and as it does, it begins to glow, shining brighter and wider. Its light expands, filling the space and your body. It may even grow roots, glowing with red earth energy that moves down through each layer of the earth until they reach the core. There, they connect with the core of the earth, like a mother's heartbeat, and they dance together. Slowly, bring that red earth energy back up through the roots, filling your body.

As your body glows with this red light, you feel your purpose right here and right now. You are exactly where you need to be. As you begin to understand this truth, white light starts to radiate from above and filters down into your body, merging with the red energy. Perfect purity, love, and high vibrational white light from the universe merge with the red earth energy, bringing perfect balance and harmony. You are connected to both the earth below and the universe above.

As this connection heightens, the truth that you are exactly where you need to be sinks deeper and deeper into your cells, your blood, your DNA, and your energy space. Breathe in this truth—inhale and exhale. Take a few moments to notice how your body feels as it radiates with this red and white light—perfect grounding energy and unification with source energy, both in balance within your body.

Now, slowly bring your attention back to your breath, feeling the natural rise and fall of your belly and chest. Acknowledge this innate movement, the infinite flow of breath, life force, and energy.

When you're ready, you can slowly blink your eyes open. Give yourself gratitude for taking this moment of peace, for connecting with yourself, the earth, and the universe. Understand that you are exactly where you need to be. Take this truth and carry it with you as you walk forward in your day, honoring yourself, your spirit, and your soul. Offer yourself gratitude and respect, and smile—smile—smile. Maybe invite a smile in now, placing your hand on your belly and on your heart. Close this practice with a sense of gratitude and serenity, and whenever you're ready, continue with your day.
