Daily Energy Reset: Releasing Negativity, Cultivating Positivity, and Nurturing Lasting Peace

Welcome to your Reiki-charged guided meditation, helping you reset and recenter your energy in just five minutes. Take this time to be present, just for yourself. If you can safely close your eyes, please do so now. If not, maintain your awareness of the guidance and take one deep breath. Inhale when you're ready, and let it out.

Check in with your body, mind, emotions, and energy levels. Observe any stress, anxiety, pain, worry, fear, excitement, hope, joy, passion, or love that arises within you. Try to identify where these feelings are located in your physical body.

Now, focus on the heavier emotions that might have surfaced today, this week, this month, this year, or even in past lifetimes. Feel where these emotions reside within your body. Take a moment to connect with this heaviness, imagining what it looks like and its color.

In your mind's eye, visualize an empty bowl in front of you, ready to receive all the pain, heaviness, worry, stress, and frustration that you no longer need. Begin to release these feelings from your body, letting them flow into the bowl. Allow yourself to let go and feel safe in doing so. Pour them out until the bowl is completely filled, knowing you have released them.

Now, envision yourself carrying this bowl to a place in nature and pouring its contents onto the Earth. Allow the Earth to recycle this energy for you, transforming it into a higher vibrational form that will return to you in a positive way. Trust that the energy is now fully released.

Shift your awareness back to your physical body. Imagine a white or golden light shining down on you, filling the space you emptied with warmth, love, light, joy, peace, and groundedness. Breathe into this feeling of fullness and higher frequency.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your reality, feeling the sensation of your body and space around you. Feel free to move your body gently, blink your eyes open, and perhaps stretch.
