I have been wrestling with chronic gut issues for 7 years and have seen a number of naturopathic and functional medicine practitioners to support my physical body. More recently, I asked myself questions to get at a deeper truth: What role do my emotional and energetic bodies play in the stagnancy in my physical body? During the reiki session, I cried for the full thirty minutes. I felt a huge release and sense of calm. I'd never gotten Reiki healing; could it really work across the miles? Yet I felt that it was the right thing for me to try. Frances was kind and immediately set me at ease. I felt safe in her hands. I felt extremely calm during my experience. It was a gift to be able to carve out time during the day in which the focus is on the soul and the spirit, not on work.
