I'd never gotten Reiki healing; could it really work across the miles? Yet I felt that it was the right thing for me to try. Frances was kind and immediately set me at ease. I felt safe in her hands. I felt extremely calm during my experience. It was a gift to be able to carve out time during the day in which the focus is on the soul and the spirit, not on work. It felt like I was working toward important things. My advice would be: Just do it. Just take a chance, and try it. During my distance reiki experience, I felt calm. But it was after, listening to the recording, that I felt like something profound had occurred. I felt like I heard directly from the guides on the other side looking out for me; they made their presence known and palpable. Frances said some things that were uncannily accurate, to the point where I had to shift my whole world view! After the session was done, I spent the next few days with newly opened eyes, making things happen and getting things done. I've felt clearer ever since. I can't wait to do my next session and recommend others taking a similar chance.
