Before my session with Frances, I was really struggling with a lot of shifts and changes in my life. I was holding a lot of nervous and uncertain energy. I felt called to work with Frances to support my energy during this season of change. I felt amazing during my experience. I love the energy music and felt an overwhelming sense of calm and peace.
