Reenergize Your Body and Mind: Reiki Healing and Guided Meditation for Restoring Energy and Motivation

Welcome, beautiful soul! Thank you for joining me in this Reiki-charged guided meditation intended to help re-energize your body and mind. Please find a comfortable seat or lie down on your side or back, settling into your space. You may move your body or stretch to get comfortable. As you settle in deeper, bring your awareness into your mind. How does it feel right now? Do you feel stressed, anxious, tired, or peaceful? Whatever you feel, just let it be, knowing that by the end of this meditation, it will be cleansed and restored.

Now, bring your awareness into your body. Check in similarly – how does it feel right now? Is there any tension, pain, or any type of sensation in the body or energy? Just notice it, acknowledge it, and accept it for what it is.

Let's take a deep inhale together, and when you're ready, cleanse your breath out. One more time, inhale, imagining the breath moving up through the body into the head, cleansing as it moves down from the head through the body, down through the toes.

Now, bring your attention down to your toes and feet. Imagine, in your mind's eye, the Earth beneath your feet. Whether you see this as soil, grass, water, or something indescribable, focus on that support beneath you. Remember that anything going on in your body or mind, while valid, is not completely alone. You are not alone. Envision this support connecting you with the Earth's core, and open a gateway to drain out any negative energy or residue that is not serving you. Let it melt down and out through your feet, down into the Earth.

As this energy touches the Earth's core, it begins to glow wider and brighter, accepting this energy as fuel to come back up in a higher frequency, ready to serve you. Visualize this glowing light moving up from the Earth's core, filling you up from your feet, ankles, calves, shins, knees, hamstrings, quads, hips, pelvis, vital organs, stomach, chest, lungs, hands, arms, shoulders, neck, and head. Allow the light to encompass the space around you, above, below, and within you.

Breathe into this energy, embracing it fully. Notice what it feels like – is it warm, tingly? Envision your entire body in this glow, representing energy that allows you to move forward with confidence, clarity, and joy. Take one more inhale, fully expanding into it, fully accepting it. Exhale, bringing it into your reality.

Trust that you have been cleansed and re-energized in both body and mind through this visualization and the Reiki energy flowing to you. When you feel ready, gently move your body side to side or stretch, and blink your eyes open.
