Guided Meditation for Gratitude Reiki Charged with a Chakra Alignment Just for You ❤️
Welcome to this Reiki charge guided meditation, intended to help you bring into your awareness all the things you're grateful for. We'll also provide a chakra alignment to amplify the energy of gratitude, allowing you to embody it fully and attract more positive experiences. To begin, please find a comfortable seat or lie down on your back or side, getting cozy and relaxed. Don't worry too much about the position's correctness; instead, focus on how it feels.
Start by bringing your awareness into your body, energy, and mind's eye—the intuitive space that lets you perceive truths beyond what is visible with your physical eyes. Imagine your third eye, located in the middle of your forehead, activating from this space today. Visualize its color, texture, and feeling. Let Reiki energy enter your third eye, expanding it wider, allowing you to see with clarity.
Now, let's begin your gratitude list. Start with the people you're grateful for, whether they are present on Earth or have passed on. Acknowledge their presence or feel their energy, expressing thanks for their impact on your life. Next, focus on other beings that bring comfort, joy, and reasons to be grateful, such as pets and plants.
Shift your awareness to the necessities of life that enable you to live well, like your home, belongings, and the things that make your life comfortable. Express gratitude for each of them in your mind's eye. Then, think about the things that bring you joy, not necessarily essential but meaningful, such as books, crystals, or artwork. Say thank you to all of them.
Continuing in this space of gratitude, shift your awareness to abundance, including time, energy, and money. Focus on what you do have and say thank you. Now, bring your attention to the intangible aspects of life, such as love, joy, opportunities, dreams, and hopes for the future. Thank them as well.
Remember the experiences and lessons you've learned in life so far—the moments of fun, exploration, and connection. Bring them into view and say thank you for each one. Shift your awareness to your spiritual team, God, the universe, and all the beings and energies supporting, guiding, and loving you. Feel the love and appreciation, expressing your thanks.
Lastly, direct your awareness to yourself—your physical body, energetic body, mind, and emotions. Allow yourself to feel pride and gratitude for who you are. Acknowledge everything that brought you to this point and say thank you to yourself.
Now, as a gift to yourself, receive a chakra alignment rooted in gratitude. Visualize each chakra, starting from the root chakra (red), moving up to the sacral chakra (orange), solar plexus (yellow), heart (green/pink), throat (blue), third eye (indigo/violet), and crown (violet/white). Imagine a cord of energy connecting all your chakras, your energetic body, and your physical body, aligning and opening them.
Take a moment to breathe and feel the alignment and gratitude within you. Slowly start to come back to your physical body, becoming aware of your senses. You can move, stretch, and blink your eyes open.
