Guided Meditation for Fall🍁| Ritual for Autumnal Equinox, Release What No Longer Serves, Create Peace

Welcome, beautiful soul. Thank you for joining this Reiki charge guided meditation intended to bring you balance and peace as we welcome the new season. Please find a comfortable seat or lay down on your back as we get ready to breathe together.

Take an inhale for five counts: one, two, three, four, five. Hold for two counts: one, two. Exhale for five counts: one, two, three, four, five. One more time, inhale: one, two, three, four, five. Hold: one, two. Exhale: one, two, three, four, five. Breathe at your own pace now, taking a deep round of breath.

With a sense of relaxation in the body, bring your awareness into your mind's eye. Imagine in front of you a beautiful path in the woods, a path inviting you in, where you can trust that it is safe, and there is no danger. You are free to explore. Picture yourself in this forest, moving through the beautiful natural landscape.

As you continue, you may notice some changes. Perhaps there aren't as many flowers as you expected, or the leaves are starting to turn brown and fall off the trees. Observe how you accept these changes with curiosity and gratitude for a fresh start, instead of yearning for what once was. Let your heart feel grateful for this moment, exactly as it is, and maybe even feel excited or curious for this new beginning. Allow yourself to lean into it fully as you continue down the path.

Now, notice in front of you a clearing, a beautiful meadow that you are ready to enter. Allow yourself to be planted here, in whatever way that imagery speaks to you. Imagine roots growing down from beneath your root chakra, grounding you into the Earth beneath you. As they ground you, feel stable, present, and aware. You root down so deeply that you begin to grow taller, almost as if you were a tree. Envision yourself as a tree with branches growing out wide and leaves beginning to unfurl. You are here, all the moments leading up to this point in time have bloomed like leaves within this tree.

Allow yourself to be present for what is. If there's a part of you that you would like to release, allow it to fall, like leaves gently falling off the tree. Trust that this is the natural cycle of evolution – accepting what is, releasing what no longer serves, and preparing for a rebirth. As your leaves continue to fall, trust that you don't need to have new leaves unfurl just yet. If they are ready to come, allow them to, but know that you are safe to let your branches be bare, to let yourself pause and enjoy this moment of freedom and lightness of being.

Breathe into what it feels like to have released all that does not serve and be content, grateful, and happy with where you are now. Bring this gratitude deep within your heart. Slowly allow yourself to come back into your human form, back into the clearing. Now, stand up and walk back through the forest to where you are in your space, in your body. You are fully cleansed and reset, able to be present and still.

When you're ready, blink your eyes open and stretch your body, feeling that lightness perfectly unified and balanced with your groundedness, having released the past and grounded into the present.
