Embrace the Present: Reiki Healing and Guided Meditation for Mindset Reset, Energy Renewal, and Inner Peace
Welcome, beautiful soul. This Reiki-charged guided meditation is intended to help reset and realign your energy and mind, providing just a few moments of peace before you continue on with your day or night. Please begin by finding a comfortable seat or lying down. Just begin to breathe, letting your body relax fully. Take a few rounds of breath on your own time, giving yourself the permission to pause and trusting that this pause is going to serve you deeply, allowing you to move forward in your highest light.
Bring your awareness to the breath. How does it feel? What does it sound like? How does it move through the body? Then, bring your awareness to the body, this beautiful physical vessel that houses your soul. Allow this body to simply be as you are here now. Bring your awareness into your mind's eye, your third eye space, beginning a visualization.
To help cleanse your energy fully, start to imagine yourself floating up, up, up, out of your body, letting your soul, this beautiful soul within you, just for a moment, travel up and out to a beautiful place - a place where you feel safe, calm, supported, and loved. This place can be real or imagined, somewhere you've been or somewhere you want to go. But whatever you see, let it be without any judgment at all. This is your safe space to be you.
As you take pause in this safe space, begin to notice what's around you. Do you see nature? Do you see things created by human design? Do you see the cosmos? What do you see? What are the colors? What are the sounds? What are the smells? What are the feelings? Allow whatever wants to come to come. Of all the things you see, please pick one that is your favorite or that sparks the most curiosity, the most excitement. You can either focus on or move towards this thing, this image, this person, this being, allowing yourself to be so present that all that exists is you and the other.
As you focus here, allow yourself to feel into what it's like to be fully present, fully aware of this moment, of one moment, knowing that you can practice this presence and, therefore, receive this peace whenever you choose. Whatever object, being, thing, or person you have focused on, please feel into what to do next. Are you going to bring them with you? Are you going to take a mental image? Are you going to leave them behind to continue on their journey as you continue on yours? There is no right or wrong choice, but whichever you choose, we're going to begin to come back into the body now, with this presence, this awareness.
Focus in on the top of the head, the third eye, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus in the belly, the sacral chakra in the lower belly, the root under the base of the spine, the shoulders, the arms, the hands, the hips, the legs, the feet. Your whole body focused just on itself, just on you, and breathing into that feeling, that awareness, that all-encompassing love for this vessel that houses your beautiful soul.
Ground your energy back down, back into your space. Please feel encouraged to move your body, to stretch, to blink your eyes open, and to trust that this is a practice you can guide yourself through, or you can come back to this video anytime you'd like a reset, a realignment, and a really beautiful grounding practice to help you remember to be in the present.
