Welcome back, Soul Fam! Thank you for joining us on this channel where we conduct tarot readings every Monday and Reiki-charged guided meditations and sound healings every Thursday. In case we haven't met before, I'm Frances, and I'm genuinely thrilled to connect with each of you. Please consider subscribing to this channel to ensure you don't miss any of our tarot readings, guided meditations, or Reiki sound healings for the week ahead. Even if you're watching this video after its original recording, rest assured that it has found you at precisely the right time, and the messages in this reading still apply to you. Subscribing will keep you up to date with our content and provide timely guidance as it's released.

Today, I'll be using the Four Noble Tarot deck, which you can find on my website or on Etsy. If you're located outside the United States or prefer shopping on Etsy, you can find it there. This deck is sustainably made, hand-illustrated, and based on the traditional Rider-Waite deck. However, its descriptions and imagery have been updated to align with our modern lives. Without further ado, let's dive into the reading, working in the light and the highest good for everyone. I'll ensure my energy is cleansed and protected, and I extend the same welcoming to your spiritual teams.

Today, I'm feeling an empowering and bold energy surrounding us, like the imagery from the song "Prince Ali" in Aladdin. It's as if our spiritual teams are encouraging us to remember that we are royalty and deserve all that we desire. So, let's embrace this energy and begin the reading.

Apologies for the background noise; it's laundry day, and my washing machine is running. As always, I conduct real-time tarot readings without edits because none of us are perfect. So, let's continue without delay.

Tarot Reading: Navigating Overwhelm, Breaking Free from Feeling Stuck, and Transforming Non-Serving Habits

As I lay out the cards, we have The Tower card as the first draw. The Tower signifies overwhelming feelings, as if everything is tumbling down around us. It's quite timely, considering the busy season we find ourselves in. This card acknowledges the overwhelm we may experience, which is valid given the myriad responsibilities we handle daily. To navigate this, we need to practice healthy compartmentalization, segmenting our life into various categories like work, home life, personal development, goals, etc. By doing this, we prevent one issue from affecting everything, allowing us to address individual challenges while knowing that the rest of our life remains relatively stable. Embrace presence, focusing on one aspect at a time, rather than letting the stress from one area permeate all others.

Moving on to the Knight of Swords, this card suggests we may feel nervous or hesitant about certain aspects of our lives. However, it urges us to push forward, despite the fear, keeping our eye on the end goal. Feel the fear and do it anyway, recognizing that growth and expansion often come from stepping outside our comfort zone.

Next is the Five of Cups, which may bring moments of sadness or feeling down. The card advises us not to dwell on what's going wrong but rather to focus on what's going right in our lives. It's crucial to find positivity and strength even amidst challenges.

Finally, we encounter The Devil card, representing attachment or addiction. This week calls for facing any unhealthy attachments or habits in our lives, and The Hierophant card comes as a guide to seek knowledge, mentorship, or therapy to help us through these challenges.

In summary, this week may feel heavy due to overwhelming responsibilities and emotions. However, we're encouraged to practice healthy compartmentalization, stay present, and focus on the positive. The Knight of Swords reminds us to move forward despite any fear, while the Five of Cups emphasizes finding the positive in our lives. The Devil and Hierophant cards call for facing and releasing attachments and seeking guidance for growth.
