My initial calling to enroll in the Alignment Academy was Frances. She is such a beautiful light in this world and I felt immensely draw to her profound knowledge & experience. Being a new Reiki Master, I felt it was important to expand my education, so I could share this light with my community and clients. With hopes of finding ways to communicate with the Midwest about energy healing and expand my spiritual practices. I learned through this mentorship that you can have more than one spiritual awakening. That you can find others to connect with so deeply and differently, then you can with your own close friends and family. A safe place that allows you to convey in each other, ask the weirdest questions, and just be authentically you. The classes are so informative and so expansive. The guests speakers were all so magical and brought so many modalities to the table. Frances is such an amazing mentor and hold so much space for you during those 12 weeks. The one on ones was worth it all on its own, but the friendships that we made with each other in the group is something I will cherish for a lifetime.

I have engaged in all sort of spiritual-leaning events, classes, etc. for the past few years- from meditation classes to reiki offerings, so I've seen a bunch of spiritual mentorship programs, but I never felt called to do one until The Alignment Academy. Now, I can confidently say that my whole being is greater and more expansive, as though I was wearing horse blinders before and they were removed, and I can see so much wider and clearer than ever before. I am so, so grateful to have had the support of Frances, but also of all the ladies in the group. Having them be so supportive in my growth has been so impactful and instrumental in me becoming more confident in my gifts, and not feeling "crazy" or that I just had a "wild imagination". Not only will you learn more about yourself and how you move throughout this world, how to more deeply connect in the practices that work for you, but you will also gain this lifelong support group with the ladies and Frances, which alone is one of the most precious and amazing things.

I was just starting out [on my journey], and still feel as if I have so much to learn. But we learned so much and I have so many tools to guide me. If you are even slightly interested in spirituality or just in discovering yourself more, this is worth the time and investment. You will learn so much and meet some great people!

You will learn so much along with making amazing friends who are on a similar journey and will totally support you. It’s very comforting to know we are not alone. Frances is so generous with her time & knowledge, and the investment was absolutely worth it. No doubt at all. I feel more confident in my connection with my Spiritual Team & feel I am more equipped to learn from them!

Twelve weeks ago, I was at the lowest point of my life. I had a hard time getting out of bed, finding joy or reasons to laugh, and I couldn't see why something so tragic had happened to me. I was questioning everything and having a difficult time accepting my "new life." After completing The Alignment Academy, I am finding joy again. I'm rebuilding my life in the best way possible and letting go of everything that no longer serves me. I am stepping into my personal power and expanding in so many ways I didn't know were possible. I feel so blessed and grateful to have learned everything I did in The Alignment Academy. It opened up a whole new way of living for me. I feel like my most authentic self, my intuition is the best it has ever been, and I feel so aligned spiritually!!! Frances is an incredible mentor & teacher. She is so insightful and holds so much space for you during this magical transformation. You learn so much about yourself and make incredible friends who are SO supportive.

If you are looking for a community of like minded humans and a true mentor to guide you on your spiritual journey, THIS IS IT. Frances is a gem with the purest heart and I'm so grateful she has chosen to use her gifts in this way. It is personal yet communal. She created an atmosphere that is vulnerable, honest, and allowed me to feel completely understood and supported. If you are feeling called to this, it's for a reason, and you will not regret it! I will be forever grateful. It has brought my spiritual practice to new heights, and completely changed the trajectory of my life and career. I was so fearful and anxious to go down this road, but I am so glad I did and I will be leaving with the confidence to begin my own wellness practice.

This was my first ever class/program on anything spiritual. But I am beyond thrilled that I did go for it because this academy has really helped me to get my feet wet into the spiritual world. The spiritual world can be so big with so much to learn and know about that it can become very overwhelming. Like you don’t know where to start. But let me tell you that Frances is amazing at breaking things down and explaining things to you. As my Spiritual Team showed me through an explorative meditation, this academy is a good place to start building your foundation. A good solid foundation and the end result is going to be better then you could have ever imagined. Plus you get Reiki 1 certified which is an amazing bonus. I am just so thankful and grateful for Frances.

I needed more guidance on how to deepen my awakening, my connection to source. I was struggling to get past my ego. Grateful for all the in depth information that was given to us, and having a space free of judgement to talk all things woowoo was amazing! I loved this coaching program. First, the community and the safe space to explore and talk about our experiences was incredible. Secondly, the information Frances gave to us was truly so helpful, she was so genuine and truly cares about your expansion. She was ready to answer any questions and really opened herself up to us as well. She dove deep into so many aspects of spiritually and how to develop the connection to divine source. I learned so much and can't wait to grow and expand even more.

Before beginning my Blissful Alignment Coaching I felt like a caterpillar in a cocoon. After scheduling a combination session with Frances, which absolutely blew my mind, I knew that she was the person to guide me as I emerged! Frances taught me to let things flow, to accept, to listen, to nurture myself, to be patient, and to believe that I truly am awakening!
