Before my session with Frances, I could tell I was in a slow energetic spiral with what was going on in my external world. I knew I needed to realign + refresh this energy before it started affecting other areas of my life. My session with Frances helped me gain clarity in certain areas of my life + business as well as course correct my journey to a more desired direction.
